In June 2000, needing something to occupy his spare time from his job as an EMT, Andy Spivey started what was then Fire & Safety Outfitters with his dad John Spivey, a 12-foot trailer, and a dream. We design all of our bags in-house based on the real-life experiences of our employees, many of whom are former EMTs and firefighters. We know what works because we've done the job.

Our premium modular trauma bag, the MB35, is a mid-sized Intermediate/ALS bag that will hold virtually all the medical supplies needed for a trauma call.

The MB35 is heavily reinforced from top to bottom to withstand years of wear and tear. It features multiple pockets, pouches, loops, and compartments, including four removable color-coded zippered organizer accessory pouches for quick access to high-priority items. The main hold also includes six removable foam dividers that can be further used to customize and organize your kit for an emergency situation.

You'll be ready to respond to any emergency with the supplies in our kit, which includes over 270 items that you'll actually use, such as tweezers, shears, penlights, bandages, tourniquets, chest seals, and more. We don't "pad the numbers" with tons of unnecessary items.

The MB35 gear bag is designed to be mobile, with a reinforced carry handle and an adjustable, padded shoulder strap, allowing you to take it anywhere. It's available in Red, Black, Blue, and Fluorescent Orange, and measures 20" (L) x 15" (W) x 10" (H) when closed.
